Clare is the Chief Customer Officer at Ogilvy UK. In this role she is responsible for how the agency services it’s clients, and the capabilities that it offers now and in the future to solve client problems. The role keeps Clare close to our senior clients, understanding their needs now, near and far, and working with the capabilities leads and heads of craft to ensure we have the right skills and services levels to deliver and deliver growth. She has been in this role as part of the leadership team in London for 18 months.
Prior to this Clare was the Managing Director of OgilvyOne, having worked her way through the ranks from Account Manager since 2003.

She is also Co-Host of Science: Disrupt – a podcast interviewing the innovators, iconoclasts & entrepreneurs creating change in science. Gemma is an Innovation Jury Member for SXSW and a World Economic Forum Global Shaper, and she is currently writing her first book on hype and idealism in science and tech.
